What is Verification?
Verification is an optional process that allows businesses to prove their legitimacy and credentials. When a business is verified, they receive a green "Verified" badge on their profile, helping customers identify businesses that have been checked by our team.
Important Note
Verification confirms a business's documented credentials only. It does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the quality of their work. We recommend always checking reviews and requesting references for significant jobs.
5-Point Verification Checklist
To earn your Verified badge, businesses must complete all 5 verification checks:
Identity Verified
We check your ID document (passport, DNI, NIE, or TIE) to confirm who you are
Phone Verified
We call or text to confirm your phone number is active and belongs to you
Email Verified
Confirm your email address by clicking the verification link we send you
Business Registered (Spain)
Upload your official business registration document: CIF, NIF, NIE, or TIE
Insurance Declared
Confirm you have public liability insurance to protect your customers
The Verification Process
Submit Documents
Upload your verification documents through your business dashboard. You can submit these when creating your profile or at any time afterwards.
Review Period
Our team reviews your submission within 2-5 business days. We may contact you if we need additional information or clarification.
Decision
You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, your verified badge will appear immediately on your profile.
Understanding Verification Status
Business has provided valid documentation and passed our verification checks.
Verification documents have been submitted and are under review.
Business has not submitted verification documents or has chosen not to be verified.

Is verification mandatory?
No, verification is optional. However, verified businesses typically receive more enquiries as customers trust them more.
Does verification cost extra?
Verification is included free with all business subscriptions. There's no additional fee.
How long does verification last?
Verification is valid for one year. We'll remind you when it's time to renew your documents.
Can verification be revoked?
Yes, if we receive credible complaints or discover that documents were fraudulent, verification may be revoked pending investigation.
